Does anyone know how to disable the visual voicemail on an s6? It won't let me disable it through the app manager. I don't want it, I just want regular voicemail and this is driving me insane.

To turn off or disable Visual Voicemail, follow these steps:

1. From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
2. Tap Visual Voicemail.
3. Tap the Menu key.
4. Tap Settings.
5. Tap the Visual Voicemail Switch to Off.
6. The Switch moves right and turns grey.
7. Tap OK.

You're not helpful and I've washed a phone before, it doesn't work!

call VM, make sure you have no saved messages, hang up, reboot phone. I know I have that problem sometimes with my S5A

I do have some saved messages, but I don't want to get rid of them.
