Blue @Blue will explain it in a PM.
Thoroughly confused, but okiedokies.
It took me way too long to figure out I'd typo'd there. I would bet more on me just being weird than anything changing with DP.
Hormones can change the taste of things, I've learned. It could be that.
I gave up sodas several years ago just because I was tired of the constant sugar crashes mid-day. My office has a free to all fountain machine and I was drinking DP like water all day every day. I'd crash around 3. Finally one day just said to heck with it and replaced sodas with water. I still drink coffee and regular unsweetened tea for my caffeine and just because but sodas are a total no go. I don't even drink mixed drinks that use coke or sprite or 7 up or the like. That means no jack and coke for me and that used to be one of my favorite mixed drinks.
That's awesome! Yeah, the sugar is out of control in sodas, and they always made me crash as well. Good on you for cutting them out!
Congrats!!! The first couple of weeks really are the hardest. I know it's cliche as hell, but it really does get easier after that!

Are you doing anything to help you quit? I quit cold turkey cause I knew it was the only way I as actually going to quit and wasn't as horrible as I'd imagined. I smoked for 10 years and have been smoke free for 2.5 now!

Keep your mouth occupied. I chewed so much gum and sucked on so much hard candy! I also had to avoid hanging out with my friends and family that smoked or drank (drinking always makes me want to smoke) those first several weeks, or at least asked them not to do so around me.

You got this, and I hope you get that Corgi!

Got rejected from them and it's definitely not worth it even if no rejection. Also e-mailed and never responded.

As someone who lost their dad largely because of tobacco usage for 55 years, I love seeing people kick the habit.
I wish I would have listened to people sooner. My teeth are in terrible shape, I'll probably lose quite a few of them by the time I hit 30. My wake up call was realizing how much money it was going to cost me to get my jaw removed. It has been over a year since I quit and I think the cravings have mostly subsided

I'm so sorry about your father. :(

My kiddos are the main reason I'm doing this. My eldest already lost one parent (a smoker with a heart condition who had a stroke) and I don't want to be responsible for her losing another parent. I also count my lucky stars every day that both of them think smoking is disgusting and have never picked it up.
A reader asked this question on an article about How to Get Welfare:

If you live with someone who makes 90.000000 a year can you get welfare
Yes, if they have a business and participate in corporate welfare. (Looking at YOU, Walmart.)
