how to make mashed potatoes

get 20 potatoes. scrub then peel them. also can be done with10 peeled garlic cloves. throw them in a really big pot. cover with water and add 3/8 teaspoon salt. boil for 30 min. drain with a slotted spoon because safer than moving a pot of boiling water. put them in a really big bowl. mash with a potato masher, or beaters from a mixer, or food mill. add 3 cups milk gradually while mashing. put them in freezer containers and freeze them. microwave for 6 min. add salt and pepper.

If you're going to microwave them, just microwave a whole potato. I do it all the time. You don't get the crispy peel like you do if you oven baked it, but it's much quicker. Search the webs for various techniques on this.

Not that I know of - there is a script but it only works for the 8¢ ones.

If I wasn't fighting for the same HIT with so many people all day every day it would be a decent job I think.. Gets really old watching scraper and rushing as soon as I hear a squee to not get the work.. might be the most stressful part of turking

maybe I'm wrong though and it's just all bad
