Last one that I did was those two dudes who owned a curiosity shop and had their Rental like 2 houses down from it and the even though the rental was right on the line of two parcels it turned out to be the same lot as their store and not part of the residential lot that it was also sitting on. I pretty well cried myself to sleep that night because of that.

Last time, they had us do an initial HIT like this one, and those who passed were then given a qual to a second HIT. The final qual was given to people who passed both. I'm not sure if you'll have to do two this time, but that's how it was in Feb.
