My husband is saying it's my screen resolution which is 4k and I need to lower the screen resolution? Could that be the case with you? He's going to be here in like an hour to help me with it but at least that might give you an idea to try?

That doesn't right. I save mine in the highest resolution. It sounds like a connection issue, or like you didn't set up the settings correctly to have them upload to the right place.

Maybe I'm not reading it right, but I just got an email from him that makes me still not happy with his work ethic. I get they're trying to "foster more goodwill" by now approving instantly. But if they rig it where they can't reject, then what are the going to do for "incorrect answers"? Send out blocks next? They need to bite the bullet for their mistake and reverse the rejections!

Email from requester:
"Thanks for the note. We're reviewing this. Our instructions weren't great and we had many incorrect answers. Since we sent out so many hits, we didn't know how to handle reviewing all so we were forced to reject. Please bear with us as we correct the problem."

I wanna be sassy and write back something like.... since you don't know how to do your job you think it's acceptable to not pay me for doing my job? Even after you admit that your instructions weren't great? Why do you think it's fair to punish workers by leaving negative marks on their account?

Grumble... more with honey or something like that. Not sending the email at the moment, but needed to vent at the stupidity.

If I try to take the screenshot of just a small portion of the screen it uploads fine ... if I try to do the whole screen the upload just fails over and over again.
