Connection issue. When my internet is being sucky, mine does the same thing.

My connection is fine. I just tried saving the screenshot to my computer and then manually uploading it to Lightshot and got this message:
"Oh snap!
File is too large, please try a smaller one."

If I try to take the screenshot of just a small portion of the screen it uploads fine ... if I try to do the whole screen the upload just fails over and over again.

might be your system resources. sounds dumb but did you try rebooting and do the SS with nothing else running?
