lots of vitamin C, and in the next 12-24 hours your blood sugar is going to get loopy while your body learns to readjust without nicotine.

I have a ton of Orange Juice here that I've been chugging and my energy definitely went crazy earlier. I'll get cranberry juice too, thankyou

I totally get that. I feel like I'm a hardened enough drinker for some reason I can deal - it's stress that really fucks me up, but I've had a panic attack, thrown up from that panic attack (TMI sorry), and then another panic attack later today without having caved so I feel pretty good.

And my husband hasn't come home yet. I want to kill him sometimes anyway, so we shall see
