I'm too poor to afford bail too. Things should get better as soon as my hubby starts bringing in more money. Thankfully he got a job at Bass Pro Shop, but he doesn't even start until July 14th. Until then the bulk of the bills are on me and we are like *this* close to an eviction. I keep trying to stay focused on my faith and the fact that I too have slain bigger dragons than this, but sometimes it's really trying... especially with some of my other family drama, their health (my dad, stepmom, and grandma inlaw are all literally on their death bed), my husband just being diagnosed bipolar and starting new meds, not to mention my own depression and anxiety battles.

Maybe we can go to a fast food restaurant and borrow some spoons? Lol... is that technically stealing? Trying to think outside the box now... desperate times and all...

If you're comfortable divulging the information, what state do you live in?

Do you have agencies you can go to for one time, temporary help? Around here there are a few places that are willing to step in and help a tenant stop an eviction if the tenant can prove that things will get better (and you can). Salvation Army is one around here, and there are other local agencies that will do a one time payment to a landlord to prevent you becoming homeless. I know churches help out, too. Most will require you to present the 3-day notice showing you are behind on rent.

If a tenant of mine is going to be asked to move due to financial issues, I ALWAYS refer them to those places first, so we don't have to evict for hard times if they get help. (Evicting a tenant for that reason is the least favorite thing I do in my job, and fortunately it is super rare because I do refer off a lot and they can get the financial assistance necessary.)
PhantomCatt @PhantomCatt Piggybacking on this wonderful idea of tricker's, churches in your area may offer this assistance as well. Or they may even help with your utility bill(s) so that you have enough for rent. The Saint Vincent DePaul Society is one that I know of that does such around here, but not sure if they're a national thing or not. They helped a lot of our girls when I worked at the shelter, when they were having trouble settling into having a place again and fell behind.

Sorry I meant on the original validation batch not this one. This one I'm all kinds of ruthless (k not really, but let me pretend haha). I even came here trying to track down who messed up on the original batch I felt so bad LOL.

I was super glad he added that option given how strict its been in the past.
Not sure why the reviewers are upset when no screenshot is given?

And PhantomCatt @PhantomCatt if you need help finding places like this in your area, PM me the state and county you live in and I'll do a quick search in your area. Some might have the same, or similar, names as around here. If not, I can recognize these agencies fast. You can go to more than one agency and ask for help.

hope you're okay @turker
TY Peachy @PeachyRider ! I'm okay took some time off. went to the dr. to get my rash fixed! :D also currently learning how to cook some new things. broke my microwave in the process but that's okay. I hope I will have some good new cheap recipes to share soon. this is my latest favorite because I figured out this recipe makes pancakes or muffins or biscuts. the biscuits stick to the pans though. these are also good with vegetable soup if they don't contain berries.

- pancakes or muffins and sort of biscuits with or without fruit -
4 cups white whole wheat flour
4 cups cultured buttermilk
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
4 eggs
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
4-16 oz fresh or frozen finely chopped strawberries, peaches, plums, or whole blueberries
5 tablespoons oil for greasing the pans that go on the stove
2 tablespoons butter for greasing the pans that go in the oven

mix everything in a big mixing bowl or a big stockpot if you don't have a big mixing bowl. then mix in berries. scoop each pancake, muffin, or biscuit with a 1/4 cup measuring cup into the pan. then cook on medium-high on the stove or at 325 degrees in the oven. cook for 20 min if oven is preheated, 25 min if not preheated.

probably taking off a few more days. see you guys later!!

Dunno, didn't see it. That would have been when I was moving from the chair to the bed, with scraper off until I got my laptop running it so I could sleep safely next to a scraper.

Filling in one of the specific dots on one of the choices removes the filled in one from above it. I tried in both Chrome and Firefox.
