I'm not denying that at all??? In my post I was saying how sad it was that there are so many fraudulent workers and people posting confidential data that it causes such a antagonistic relationship.

Like, I'm not trying to say REQUESTERS ARE EVIL MTURKERS ARE ALWAYS GOOD

I'm just saying that the whole setup is awkward and this study, of course, focuses on one side, which is understandable, and I would love if requesters interacted more with workers to make sure they get the best outcomes for their work.

I just want requesters to get in and out as fast as possible with the best data, so they have good experiences and tell other people about it. I'm less concerned with interacting with them. The less time we and they spend, the better.

For me, that would involve better tools from Amazon to create the work, like that two-step screener/pre-qual then qualled survey the study suggests should be a template they can just pick and run instantly. They're paying 40% fees anyway, might as well get something for it.
