Has me in a bit of anxiety mode, so I'm being quieter to avoid spewing my manic ramblings and lack of clear thought onto the forum.

Couldn't agree more, i was on the opposite side of the discussion and i dont think you said anything wrong.

I tend to be rather sensitive to the idea of having caused any offense, so I do feel it was warranted. I realized in hindsight that my thinking on it did not encompass the full worker experience.
