I do plan on going out. Thanks for the suggestions! I'll mostly be in Lexington but I'll spend a little time in Louisville.

Lexington is where I grew up. I haven't been back there in years, mostly because my family all passed away and I just left. I can give you some fun suggestions if you are really going there.

I just did the proletariate joints. Ramsey's was always one of my favorites. It's a simple meat and three kind of spot with delicious food. I know that one is still open.
