nothing wrong at all with valid rejections and it sounds like you're definitely running into more than a few. if people don't read instructions, they fail tests and homework. this is no different except that there is real money involved. i think you'll find that you'll have no problems with certain turkers day in and day out. those are the ones you qual for other work, provide bonuses when you can or even when you just feel like doing it, and so on. reward the good ones, reject the bad.

i can't get a real job to save my life. I never thought i'd still be doing online work for this long, but its paying the bills, so I gotta keep doing it until I find something else

I know, it's like you're almost doing two full time jobs. It's just the thought of 30 hours a week on turk being almost too much made me think of that. I'm not even going to say how many hours I've been putting in lately, lol.
