i stay in ketosis because i like it. i feel good, i'm healthy. i have energy.
if you don't want to do it, then don't! plenty of people do just fine with an IIFYM style approach. i just cant do that.
it sounds like you already do what works for you and what you like! so stick with it.

Maybe I could replace some of the bacon and pork recipes with avocado's and other vegetables oils as well. I'll look into it more for sure!

An interesting idea for a diet is to break it up into two concepts. You can either eat something that you are growing yourself or you can eat anything that you prepare yourself (or eat raw) but for each meal you must walk to whatever store or market to purchase to food. Since buying in bulk is better, a substitution could be that each meal must include one new item that forces you to walk to the store (e.g. you can buy bulk pasta or rice but need to walk to the store for the vegetables.)
