Ok how are we supposed to determine the relevance? Like if someone searched for a specific salon, and the pictures are just stock photos of a woman's face in random poses (without that specific salon's name in them), is it relevant?

i'd say in that case its not relevant if it doesn't show that particular salon

Same. I did just enough to get me to my daily goal & stopped. I wanna see if they approve or not. I think I did them right...for the most part. Decided whether an image could appear on a particular webpage was kinda subjective at certain points.
