correct. No curfews in Texas except I think in El Paso unless that one expired already (can't remember and too lazy to go look). Austin's mayor tried to implement one over this weekend but it was immediately shot down by the state. Any mayor attempting to put a curfew in place without working with the state government first does so in violation of state mandates.
