Super lame night. My dog had a cyst on her neck that seemed harmless. Out of nowhere, it was the size of a tennis ball. I stepped out for a smoke, and when I came back inside, it had burst. It looked like someone had slit her throat. A trip to the emergency vet, and a morning surgery, and she's groggy but okay..

Or you could look at it if you kid is a wimp I will toughen them up by laughing at them when they fall, but only over the age of 8, under 8 they are still adorable and I can't laugh at them.

At the desk job today after 3.5 days off. I'm the only one here and it's our super busy time! (though this exact second is not busy.)

Had to put my 12 year old to work. Are people surprised when they hear his voice answer the phone, "Thank you for calling (company name). Can you please go on hold?" It's super cute.

Oh goodness that was expensive! Glad she's going to be ok.

I had similar happen with my cat once. Blood and gore everywhere without warning, and I didn't even have a clue wtf happened as she had no visible swelling prior to her paw exploding!
