Also how does one search for quals now to do?
An example is when I click qualifications it now just shows what I am qualified for,while it used to let me search for quals to do.

You can't see the whole list of 10,000 quals or whatever there was before. It was a waste of time to try to search through those anyway. Better off search through HITs available that you aren't qualified for and then seeing if there is a test.

There are tens of thousands of qualifications that will never be used again so just looking through the qual tab is worse than trying to find a needle in a haystack.
