Also how does one search for quals now to do?
An example is when I click qualifications it now just shows what I am qualified for,while it used to let me search for quals to do.

They're up now. Not a huge batch but it keeps going back up by a few hundred after it drops down.

Yes it is.

We used to know the times they set to payout if they did not do it on their own early but that has been removed by Amazon.

Yup. Most will probably approve within a few days, maybe a week, but they have up to 30 days to do it.
