oh, yes. I had it done (I do it every year). I'm super careful because I didn't grow up with a woodstove (my father wouldn't even have a fire in the house - he was in the navy and there was a fire on the ship. so.

I try very hard to keep it in the burn zone (super hard with this new stove). But I also only burn -at most- a cord every winter.
