If you made backups from HITDB just search your computer or wherever you keep backups. It will be titled something like: hitdb_20171214.bak

Not to hijack this convo...but I did in fact save/export my HITDB after updating it one last time pre-worker site. I've been turking along just hoping that HITDB will make a re-appearance soon. My question is, if/when HITDB comes back, will it be able to construct data for the work I've done since my last update/backup/export? If not, should I be doing anything currently to keep track of this info, before it is too far in the past to view on the dashboard? I have MTS, and I go the the settings page and 'sync' with the last 45 days, each day before I start turking.
I don't think HITDB is coming back at this point, and it's been mostly supplanted by MTS anyway. Did you import your HITDB backup into MTS?

Yes! Try to keep it above 99% if possible to get the best HITs. If you aren't above 5000 approved that is a good number to strive for as most HITs will be available to you then as well.
