Starslip @Starslip So, I figured out where the import feature is...however, when I look on my mac for HITDB .bak files, the most recent file I find is hitdb_20170517, which I can only assume is only as up to date as 05/17/2017. I know that on December 14th, I exported a backup from HTDB. Is there a different file name or extension I should search for? About to check my backup harddrive to make sure it didn't somehow get moved there and deleted from my mac.

I realize that this could be as simple as me having deleted the more recent hitdb backups...but I have a hard time seeing that happening, as the most recent file I find is titled hitdb_20170517, and I was exporting from HITDB on a weekly basis. Just hoping maybe I'm looking for the wrong file title or extension, and that my recent backup is there somewhere.

Worst case scenario, how screwed am I without that data? taxes, etc...

The hits by Christa Ghent are pretty good if you cherry pick them.
I'm a little confused on them, the first part says email and site address, but they only have a field for email, and all the rest of the instructions only mention email. Are you putting both?

It should be in the same name format as the one you see. It'll be a .bak extension I believe.

I am doing just the email. that is the only slot they give. It seems like they may have reused an old template or something.

Okay, so if that's the case, I somehow deleted / lost every hitdb backup I've had since I started turking, with the exception of 4 backups from spring of 2017. Is this a big deal, to not have that data? And should I go ahead and just import the most recent backup I have into MTS, or just not import anything? Thanks for the help, it's greatly appreciated!

It's not really devastating to have lost them, it just helps in knowing what surveys you've done recently, and the past 45 days are already covered. You'll have a gap between May and December, but should be fine. I'd import what you have.
