Is there any kind of convoluted way to transfer my mturk earnings to paypal? other than my bank account because my bank and paypal don't really play nice.

I don't know if this would work, but PayPal has a physical debit card you can get, right? I know some people have set up their Amazon Payments to send the money to a prepaid debit card and that works. Would it work to set up your Amazon Payments to send the money to the PayPal debit card?

You have to have a card with direct deposit and as far as I know the Pay Pal debit card does not have direct routing.

They also recently changed the verification process for Amazon Payments. They took away the traditional '2 small deposits' method. Now you can only verify your account by sending them a copy of your statement (kind of invasive no?), or by giving them your bank login credentials (what the actual fuck?)

I think this closed a lot of the prepaid debit card options like bluebird.

I did the credentials login option but I changed it on my bank's site before doing it and then changed it again afterward. It's creepy af. :fearscream:

Wow, this might have deterred me from even signing up if it had been the case when I started. Seems so sketchy.
