New requesters need to learn the platform and quit with the BS rejections.

A big problem is that new requesters do try to learn the platform and they read the documentation and information Amazon provides. They think they're doing the right thing and doing it right. But a lot of that information is old, contradictory, incomplete, or just plain wrong.

I think one of the issues is people scaring requesters into not rejecting poor work when they should.
