A big problem is that new requesters do try to learn the platform and they read the documentation and information Amazon provides. They think they're doing the right thing and doing it right. But a lot of that information is old, contradictory, incomplete, or just plain wrong.

Most of them, when they find out what they did wrong, fix it (reverse the rejections). Of course, it wastes our time and (therefore) money - but - as always,
