if @Tribune is here he could probably tell you how to mark it w/out getting flagged. I want to say fairness is just for rejections, maybe mark everything n/a and leave a note?

Currently, TO allows low ratings for fairness on undisclosed screening questions.
Personally, I think an impossible-to-answer AC should count the same as an unannounced screener.

TO-discuss currently has a proposal by Goldfish to revise the Fairness ratings.

You have to request commenting abilities, but only one person approves them...and rarely. It took me several months to be able to comment after requesting.

At the very top of the TO page, next to your username, it should say something like "enable commenting." Click that. It does take awhile though.
