That's honestly my thought process at this point, although I'm keeping an open mind and doing my research. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but since this is my first, I have no idea what to expect.

I'm way on the radical homebirth side of things (for me). But yes, it was a homebirthwow, that's incredible. I've heard of women doing meditation techniques or whatever to like, 'overcome' or 'step away from' the pain, but I didn't know it really worked. And I've heard squatting is the better way to do it, but hospitals don't let you. Did you have a home birth (If you don't mind me asking)
