Do we know why it's happening? Is is an AMT bug or something else?

Is it better than PC? PC does well for me, but if Hit Catcher is better, I'll ditch it in a heartbeat.

It's personal preference. I use both, mainly because I prefer using a requester search in PC, which HC does not currently have that option.
