my favorite is SONIC all-american dog when they do dollar dog day. Maybe this will karma them into having it soon because it's been awhile for them having a discount all-american dog day.

When I make my own, I'm boring - pretty much hot dog (beef or pork) with mustard, diced green chile and a bun.

I've seen 70 year olds carded at the grocery store for liquor before. I guess they want to give the semblance of following the law by checking instead of knowing they are more than old enough to purchase alcohol.

I always get carded b/c we live in an "Under 28" state- where they card you if they think you're that age- which is goddamn stupid b/c the age to buy/drink is 21.
My younger siblings never get carded though...so I have that going for me.

Things sure have changed. Growing up in Houston in the 70's, I used to be the designated beer buyer, because I looked older and I was 15 at the time. Never had a problem buying beer or alcohol, not even once.

Worst carding experience, my license was expired by two days, my fault . Attendant said, no alcohol for you. I had to wait a few days for my new card to arrive (I was living in a state far from home)
