You mean outside of MTurk? If it was research you can try to find the IRB info but you're probably out of luck. I would say it's a bit too weird for you to try and contact him via a personal email or something over one rejection.

Not personal email but IRB kinda so that I can get this one sorted out. I know I can leave it and move on if it is truly my mistake but I don't think it is right for him to reject after using confusing wordings and then change them later for his later HITs.
