Usually just buy a generic size 7 and have it sized after.

Otherwise just take a guess and be prepared to have it resized.

If its a guy, average guy ring size is size 9. Thats what I wear.

oooh. For a guy? that's way harder. Just go buy it in the "standard" size and know it will most likely need resizing.
