My sister is a pretty good example of that. She'd had our parents basically raise two of her kids and now is trying to get them to look after their third kid, a newborn.

I made sure to buy him a ton of educational games though, and I monitor what his parents put on the device. If I see it being abused, they know I can brick it with a couple clicks.
