Her surveys seem to be getting longer and longer. I'm also turned off by the fact that she pays what she does AFTER she tests how long they take - so she knows she is paying below acceptable rates.

I get what you're saying. But, yesterday I opened a survey that she said took most people 6 minutes to finish, and she was paying 40 cents.
Yesterday there was a long one from her, then the very next one I did for about .52 was like 3 minutes.
