Great idea! I swear I have a panic attack just waiting for my appointment almost every time. Fucker always keeps me waiting. Last time he called while I was in the waiting room saying he wouldn't be back in time and could we do it over the phone later. Ugh. Yeah, great to do with people who already have issues.

Haha, I understand how that goes, as my appointments are never at the time scheduled. I always see it as a sort of test and turn it into a personal challenge of wills for fun. Still, being in a room full of people freaks me out for too long, so I just lose myself in the tunes and watch the door. (Music is my handle for anxiety.) It sucks that your doc would treat you that way, though. If anyone should understand the need for routine and consistency in mental health care, it would be a therapist. At any rate, I hope you're appointment goes well today.
