Here's a list of basic quals and hits/Requester IDs that I've put together, that you can do with few/none previous hits completed!

Prolific screens you already for the most part (you enter your demographics as you sign up).

Addons are most useful in Mturk, due to the vast amount of work-most other sites you'll have so little, that you can manually screen most of it.
