My thoughts exactly. I was just above to reply, but saw you already said what I was thinking.5 seconds? You can click on a link, wait for it to load, and then find the business page in 5 seconds?
Not that I care but, with multitabbing, you can subtract the mturk page load times. My thoughts exactly. I was just above to reply, but saw you already said what I was thinking.
It is simply not possible.
The average time for a page to load on mturk is 0.87 using a BARE chrome with no cache, no anything to slow it down, no memory leak, nothing just completely fresh, that's almost one second, then on submit and new page, add that up to around 2-3 seconds for just displaying/submitting a new hit. Then you have to go by your reaction time of around a second before you start to become aware, drag the link to a new window, or the script to pull resulted and for the human mind to decide on what it should do based on visual input. In reality, the page load time on mturk is around 1.3-2 seconds, but let's just put it at it's best of under a second here, since we're dealing with a superhuman.
A couple of seconds at least to comprehend. Then to actually use your mind to find the right url, which can take between 1 and 2 seconds if you're fast. 1 second is superfast to read whether a url is compatible with what your brain comprehended a second or so ago.
By the time 5 seconds has passed, in reality and not fairytale land, the page is displayed and you've just started acting upon what you see. So according to him, it takes around half a second to decide on whether a page is right and another half a second to double check.
Amazing!
Best thing is I was given a bonus for being extremely fast and accurate. I made my own private script and I complete each hit in 8-10 seconds.
The script pulls google results directly onto the page and displays the first 3 results, and I hit a key 1 to 3 to select the result. You can't really get any faster than that script wise, since it needs human input.
But hey, we have a superhuman here who can do it in record time, using the fastest way possible to access mturk than everyone else.
I call bs when it's so obvious

It is always a wild ride for the stock market. The only way people can make money is with volatility. If stocks only moved a little each day none of the big funds would ever make any money.Guess it was a hell of a ride on Wall Street today -
