I've actually done this before. And other people. My state allows you to easily look up anyone's court cases, traffic violations, etc.

If you search "Rowan" on your hits page you'll find the qual, if you haven't already done the qual test it will let you try out. If you fail you can join the cool-kids-who-failed club.

I've worked hundreds of his HITs in the past, and I'm not working them now. It wasn't worth it, for me. Right now, I like some fat batches out there. Been a few good surveys with bonus earlier Charan Bagga, Ben Tappin.
