WE had one on this little wall between me and my sisters room, we could take in our room but couldn't shut the door and only 15 minutes at a time on the phone then we had to have a 15 minute break, no clue what the point of that was.

As a parent I often wonder why my parents made the decisions they did.

Like, if I was on the phone and they wanted me off, no warning. Mom just walked up and pushed down the button on the receiver at the far end of that long cord I had stretched to my bedroom. Suddenly I was talking, suddenly the line was dead.

I was once grounded off the phone for talking too long on it. I had no idea how my parents even knew since they weren't home. LoL Years later the secret was finally revealed to me: the receiver was still warm. DOH!

Remember 'total phone'?? And sharing music with our friends?
