OT But, if you respond, please pm and we can continue there, so as not to derail the thread.

Anyone good at taking control of another pc via 'Remote Desktop' and troubleshooting things? I'm trying to get 'mouse without borders' or 'Synergy' or any alternative. ShareMouse worked perfectly right out of the box but, you have to pay to use more than 2 monitors. I don't mind doing that, at a later date but, if that works, then 'Mouse w/o Borders' should work as well. I'd be willing to pay for this via PayPal or CC or AMT. Thanks folks

What's the difference between "complain" and "negative" on this cat batch?

If it's like "eff you your product is garbage" or some other vague statement I put it in negative. If they're specific like "customer service wouldn't get back with me" or "machine lid broke" I put those in complain.
