Yea as long as they are kindergarten they are allowed in though.
Mia barely missed the cut off this year for kindergarten so they allowed her in anyway.

interesting question on demographics. Instead of just asking if English is my first language, they asked if English was one of the first languages growing up. As I learned 2 languages simultaneously from birth (English and Estonian), I am glad someone actually did this. Usually I just put English b/c I know that's what they're looking for. I also speak ASL, which came in handy working at the hospital and later the FD
