I haven't done them in a while but i seem to remember the instructions saying that if you don't see a human then don't say yes.

Also, didn't they used to have the progress bar on the video so you could jump through the video. these aren't nearly as good now that you have to watch the whole thing

I have only done them a few times since I started but don't like the format either. Hate that you can't recheck something quickly if needed. And it is always something at the end of the dang video!
