I don't think you even need to submit a screenshot. I just put a note in the code box stating I didn't receive a code along with my worker ID. I've never gotten a rejection from doing that.

Just as an fyi, if you have dropbox it automatically creates an image file when you hit screenshot and saves the link to your clipboard. Saves a few steps

I do the same thing. I'll give my ID in the box and say "no code given". Millions of surveys later, I'm still here.

Instead of a screenshot I like to take a picture of both monitors on my computer so requesters will be impressed and give me a bonus for being such a badass dual-monitor worker. Hasn't happened yet.
