New to here, is it possible to get in trouble (with mturk or otherwise) for doing these sort of hits?

Some of us have been doing these for months and never had any trouble with them. Though I think a few people have reported rejections. I think they're totally worth doing, they post several times a days and it adds up to a nice chunk of change.
