You might need to clear your qualtrics cookies. It's under chrome settings > cookies > see all cookies and site data

then search for qualtrics in the search box and delete all.

Did a HIT from requester yesterday. Requester has several up with same title, so I took another HIT, got, "You have already completed the maximum number of HITs allowed by this requester. Please click 'Return HIT'." I liked the original HIT though!
