i don't get it, but it does seem to be picking up a lot of traction. I read a story about a few big athletes who believe it, I dunno, I blame it on Youtube. People watch videos with a voiceover, some synthy electronic music, and then become an expert on everything. Some of the dumbest conspiracy theories are on there with millions of views.

To be fair I'll believe most things if they a really cool synth soundtrack. Tron to me is a documentary.

I can disprove flat earthers and I use this argument whenever I run into one.

If the world was flat, the sun would hit all parts of the worldly plain equally at the same time. We know this isnt the case because while its morning in the US, its night time in Japan because Japan is currently facing away from the sun and the US is pointed towards the sun. This proves that the Earth is a sphere that rotates on an axis.

What a weird time we live in. People distrust the media so much they'll take some random internet strangers theory as objective fact despite the entire scientific community agreeing that it's bullshit.
