When I was a teenager, my window was right near my neighbors front porch windchime. I got pissed off that I couldn't sleep, walked over, took it down, and sat it at their doorstep. They waited a couple days to hang it back up. I wouldn't recommend this approach if you want your neighbor to like you.

They're actually pretty far away (like, across a giant field), I'm constantly surprised at how well the sound carries. Also, they're my landlord's family, so I think it might not be okay if I stole their windchimes or punctured their giant inflatable holiday decorations.

That's what the hit said (edit: now), anything not filled out or submitted in under 8 seconds would be rejected (and 400 is the limit)
