It's a bit better.
Best thing to do if you don't like the driving is to hire an AI partner, then jump in the passenger seat, and mark a location on your map.
The AI will drive you anywhere you want to go while you smoke a bowl and chill.

Just an update on my wife, we went to the cancer doctor yesterday, she has surgery on the 11th. Doctor thinks her prognoses is good, and hopefully the surgery gets it all, with no needed radiation or chemo, but he won't know for sure until he gets in there
