I live in BFE. Lots of farms in the area. Tyson picks up chickens from a farm down my road and when they do, there's always white chicken feathers scattering the road. One day, I guess one fell off or whatever, not exactly sure what happened but I found him wandering and picked him up and brought him home. He was 2x the size of my girls and probably half their age. Either they pump them full of hormones and shit or breed the mutant chickens to produce nothing but mutant meat chickens. @Roscoe E Goldchain - not sure what I did but I didn't quote your OP.
