I graduated and I can't get mturk to give me the US High School Graduate EqualTo 1 qual, after I have asked them a dozen times. and I have missed some good paying hits with that qual too

What's the consensus around here on the p9rs?

They suck. Be very careful with the formatting. When they reject you, politely contact them and they will likely overturn. On the upside, they have quick approval so you don't have to worry about mass rejection. After you get your numbers up you probably won't do them anymore

I have a total of 3 rejections. Two were from a scammer that a lot of people got rejections from. The third is them, and they would not reverse it. They are vastly, vastly underpaid, too.

You can get numbers up doing other hits that are far less risky. How many hits do you have total?

when you send the message that you're willing to work for slave wages, you'll get slave wages
if enough people refuse to do them for the pay (yes, I know this is a scenario that isn't likely to happen) they either raise their pay, or they find another platform, like crowdflower :: shudder ::

I get it, the idea of continuing to be productive even when there doesn't seem to be much else
I understand the idea of increasing total number of hits completed, not only for a few dollars, but also as a buffer against potential rejects

but you also have to put a value on your time, and unfortunately, yes, there will be periods where it isn't worth your time to do something

Before I found the forum I screen shot my way to 500 hits. Fighting them for every false rejection with the screen shots that did get overturned because I had proof. I would highly advise to not do them.

those screenshots and the email correspondence you're describing are only driving their payrate lower

I realize that I'm quite a snob sometimes with the hits I selectively cherry pick
but I do value my time
and I'd rather not get stressed or irritated at some underpaid work - I'd rather be looking at hilarious memes for free, instead of transcribing 10 locations for a penny
