Nah, no mean or nasty campy at all. Also, now you have me wondering if I'm the only person who liked the X-Files "Home" episode. Then again, I was intrigued by its connection to real-life events and have been a die-hard X-Files fan since adolescence. It was pretty gruesome, that I will definitely admit. -- Minkyboodle
It was a good epi for what it was. It wasn't long after that if memory serves that a real life story of a woman in a box came to light. That was thing that bothered me about the X Files. There was something real in all of them. Once they did one on some ancient trees in the US where if anyone went into the forest of them they were attacked by bugs or something. I was reading the little blurbs in the newspaper not long after that one and sure enough there are trees that fit that description in the Northwest. I don't know about the bugs though. But the forest is so ancient and the trees so old that I don't think humans venture too far into the area.
