Hubby got a job today, starting a week on Monday. In Charlotte... we're about 2h away from Charlotte. So we'll prolly get an apartment or something. But that does mean i go the UK to Dad's funeral alone. I'm doing okay, good days mostly, some I'm pretty down. It's tough being an orphan at 46.

i lost both my parents too by age 47, so i understand.
I am from and live in Charlotte, it's a good place,but used to be better before it got too big

My goodness for a big country, the community here keeps finding people that live near each other. Haha, I think we're keeping the Columbia house for now. Because currently, it's a year contract. But we might move permanently in the future. I find Columbia one of the most boring places to live ever. I feel like there's not much happening at all if you aren't a student. Sigh. Maybe I'm old but not old enough.
